I’d spent a lot of time in NYC many moons ago, but it was mainly on Manhattan. It was time to try my hands on Brooklyn. So off I went to see my friend Ammy.

Brooklyn is quite the cultural epicenter. Definitely different than Manhattan, and in a wonderful way. LOTS of hole in the walls and not as refined. Plus, a nicer sense of community. It was fun hanging around some familiar places and seeing some new places.
Momofuku Noodle Bar was a highlight. I’ve seriously never been more excited about ramen in my entire life.
I’ve always been a big fan of Central Park. Napping and playing frisbee, and then some more napping in the park was another memorable part of the trip.
